What should I do if my item appears to have been damaged during shipping?
If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We are here to help ensure you get a product you love. Please provide us with pictures that show the condition of the package upon arrival, such as any external box damage or tears in the cardboard, as well as pictures of the damaged item itself. Once we receive the pictures, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Please note: Because our signs are made from 100% wood, there will be imperfections that are naturally part of the wood and are not considered damage. We do our best to have the face of the sign to be smooth and free of imperfections, though there may be small one here and there.

Shipping
After your package is shipped, it is under the care of the United States Postal Service. If any issues occur during the shipping process, such as lost packages or delivery to the wrong address, please understand that these circumstances are beyond my control. Once USPS takes possession of your item, it is no longer within my jurisdiction. If shipping issues arise, please wait 24 hours and check to make sure it was not accidentally delivered to your neighbors. After that, please let me know and I will monitor the tracking number and contact the post office to inquire about the package's status. It will also be helpful for you to contact your local post office and see if they can locate it.

Sign Information
Our signs are crafted from 100% wood, a material known to expand and contract in response to changes in humidity. There may be shrinkage and swelling, but that is the natural process that wood goes through.
Please be aware that our stated dimensions include the frames and may have slight variations of up to half an inch in either dimension.
